The members of ‘Koottu’, an association of the old students of the University of Kerala, visited the college and started a scribe unit for helping the students with difficulties in writing university examinations. As per their suggestion, a scribe bank – a list of students who volunteered their service to the differently abled students – was prepared. Students also took initiative in recording study materials for the blind students. ‘Koottu’helped them for providing the materials to theneedy students.
